raw material
(1) Paper pulp: raw materials containing plastics such as household garbage and industrial waste. Because such raw materials contain a lot of water, we need to use our company's special dehydration and impurity removal equipment for treatment. Among them, 3 tons of water-containing raw materials can be processed to 1 ton of raw materials without water. And 1 ton of water-free raw materials can produce about 35% of oil.

Oil refining equipment features
a. In the design of its key device cracking processor, it completely overcomes the unfavorable factors such as local uneven heating, easy breakage, low output and short service life of the bottom of the vertical flat bottom cracking processor in China. The main machine adopts horizontal double drive rotation. Structure, 0.4 rpm.
b. With fast and practical feeding and slagging system. The feed amount of HA-2-18 is 8 tons per 24 hours, and the slagging time of 300 kg of carbon black takes only 30 minutes.
c. Efficient gas heating system. In the process of refining, when the heated gas reaches 150 degrees Celsius, a large amount of gas which cannot be liquefied at normal temperature and normal pressure, methane to butane, is generated. These gases are fully combusted in specially designed gas nozzles to generate a large amount of energy, which greatly saves energy. Taking coal burning as an example, when there is no gas combustion, 1.5 tons of coal is needed every 24 hours. After gas combustion, 0.5 tons of coal is needed every 24 hours, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
d. The flue dust removal system consists of a desulfurization dust collector (qualified). Equipped with a two-way water impact cyclone chamber to ensure that the flue outlet emissions meet national emission standards.
The security of the main device. In the production process, the main component of the non-liquefiable exhaust gas is a C1 to C4 alkane, and there is a certain risk of direct combustion. In our current production process, before it is burned as a fuel, it is first passed through the first safety device water seal, and then passed through the second safety device gas nozzle, so that it can completely achieve safe production. What is more important is to use the latest proprietary intellectual property rights patent technology to monitor the pressure and temperature of the main processor and key systems. Once there is an abnormality, it can automatically alarm and the production process is always guaranteed.
The treatment of three wastes in the production process.
Exhaust gas
Through the safety device water seal and gas nozzle full combustion, it not only eliminates the exhaust gas pollution, but also saves a lot of fuel; the soot strong ZTC series desulfurization dust collector can be used for soot emission, and the smoke emission can reach the relevant standards of GB 13271-2001.
2. Waste liquid
During the processing of the oil, some weakly acidic wastewater will be produced (about 50 kg of wastewater will be produced per ton of oil produced, which is small and easy to handle). After neutralization by adding weak lye, the neutral wastewater is filtered to achieve harmlessness, and then discharged to a dedicated evaporation processor (the heat source uses the flue heat of the main processor) to evaporate, in addition to more professional wastewater. Processing device (this requires customer selection).
3. Waste solids
After the waste plastic is catalyzed by thermal cracking, there will be some solid residue, which accounts for about 5% to 10% of the weight of the waste plastic. After the waste tire is subjected to catalytic thermal cracking, the remaining residue is carbon black, which can be used as a raw material for producing industrial carbon black, or can be mixed with fly ash produced by a coal-fired power plant as a fly ash brick (a Raw materials for environmentally friendly building materials.
